The role
As Property Manager, you’ll be entrusted with the management of a portfolio of retail assets across Queensland. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the portfolio’s performance, presentation, and tenant relationships while being supported by an experienced Asset Manager and wider team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building strong tenant relationships, ensuring positive experiences and proactive engagement.
- Managing the operational and financial performance of the portfolio, including arrears, budgets, and reporting.
- Preparing high-quality management reports and providing insights on performance and variances.
- Overseeing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, coding, and invoice approvals.
- Supporting lease administration, renewals, and market reviews.
- Contributing to property due diligence and onboarding of new acquisitions.
You’ll bring property management experience, ideally within retail or commercial assets, and the drive to deliver results. You’ll be confident in managing stakeholders, comfortable with financial reporting, and motivated to grow your career within a leading fund manager.
- 3+ years’ property management experience.
- Certificate of Registration or Agent’s Licence.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; MRI experience highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle
