An opportunity now exists for an ambitious Property Analyst to join the Melbourne-based investment team.
The OpportunityReporting to the Group Investment Manager, this role offers broad exposure across asset management, investment analysis, valuations and development feasibility work within a nationally significant property portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining detailed financial and cashflow models
- Supporting investment analysis and strategic decision making
- Undertaking leasing and scenario analysis across assets
- Assisting with valuation processes and internal valuation modelling
- Conducting market research, rental benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Preparing commercial insights and portfolio performance reporting
- Supporting asset optimisation initiatives across the portfolio
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- 2–5 years’ experience within property, investment, valuations, advisory or funds management
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
- Exposure to property valuation methodologies and investment analysis
- High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Candidates from Big 4 Transaction Services/Advisory, valuations, real estate investment, property analytics or funds management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
