Our client is a boutique utilities contractor providing services solutions across Greater Sydney. They are looking for a Project Manager to step into a pivotal role delivering complex, high-profile construction projects across the electrical, civil, and utilities sectors. You’ll be leading a team delivering projects from design handover through to completion – managing budgets, timelines, and materials – all while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Projects range from greenfield utility builds to critical infrastructure upgrades, giving you the opportunity to work on technically challenging and impactful developments across NSW.
You’ll be the central link between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams – ensuring every stakeholder is engaged, informed, and confident in project delivery. With your strong financial acumen, you’ll track budgets, variations, and profitability while driving operational excellence. You’ll foster a high-performance culture, supporting both office and field-based staff, and applying your problem-solving skills to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
We’re seeking a proven Project Manager with experience in electrical, civil, or traffic signal infrastructure. You’ll bring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. A deep understanding of safety compliance and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
