The Role
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects typically ranging from $1M to $15M, including schools, civic centres, healthcare facilities, and community assets. You’ll lead all aspects of the build from procurement and subcontractor management to cost control, program, and client engagement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- At least 2–4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- A proven ability to run projects independently, without daily oversight
- Strong planning, commercial and coordination skills
- Professional communication style and client-facing confidence
- Trade or degree background in construction (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with government or D&C projects is highly regarded
