A typical week could include:
- Juggling calendars like a pro locking in meetings, appointments, and social events
- Booking luxury travel, accommodation, and restaurants that impress every time
- Handling personal errands (from shopping for the perfect gift to picking up that last-minute essential)
- Coordinating with suppliers, stylists, and service providers and making sure everyone’s on the same page
- Supporting with events, celebrations and special projects that keep life interesting
- Keeping on top of the little things so your client can focus on the big things
- Previous Personal Assistant experience (experience with HNWIs or celebrity clients is a big plus)
- Organised, resourceful and unflappable, you’re the calm in the storm
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Tech-savvy, with your own laptop, driver’s licence and reliable car
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to keep confidences without a second thought
- Someone with great energy, initiative and a ‘get it done’ attitude
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with real long-term potential
- 30 hours per week across 5 days (flexible schedule to suit you and the client)
- Mostly remote, with occasional in-person tasks in Sydney Eastern Suburbs
