This isn’t your average PA role. Think complex diaries, last-minute flights, polished pitch decks, client wrangling and all the little things that make the big things happen. You'll work closely with a tight-knit team that values good banter, sharp minds, and people who genuinely care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Juggling packed calendars, travel bookings and keeping Partners where they need to be
- Supporting live transactions – filing, formatting, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Pulling together client decks, term sheets, presentations and pitch materials like a pro
- Owning the billing and expenses process so everything adds up perfectly
- Being the friendly first point of contact for internal teams and clients alike
- Pitching in with BD support, proposal prep and anything else that helps the team shine
- Onboarding newbies and making sure their tech and desks are ready to roll
- Helping plan team catch-ups, client events and office moments that matter
You’ll bring experience supporting senior leaders, a love for organisation, and a calm, get-it-done attitude. Bonus points if you're tech-savvy, resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed. You’re the kind of person who spots what needs doing before anyone else and takes pride in keeping things running like clockwork.
- 3–5 years in a PA/EA/Team Assistant role, ideally within financial or professional services
- A cool head under pressure and a sharp eye for detail
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and juggling fast-changing priorities
- Tech skills across Microsoft Office and an openness to learning new systems
- A can-do attitude, a sense of humour, and a love for getting stuff done
