This is a key operational role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who loves variety and takes pride in keeping the wheels turning smoothly. You’ll work across multiple teams, supporting the broader business with everything from office coordination and supplier invoicing, to IT troubleshooting, travel booking and event support. It’s a hands-on, highly visible role in a creative, values-driven environment. Working closely with senior leaders and support teams, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Sydney office and broader operational support. You’ll manage building maintenance, office supplies, IT setups, contractor liaison, and be the go-to for all things logistics and admin. It’s a varied role that combines structure with spontaneity ideal for someone who enjoys both systems and people.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing general office operations including supplies, kitchen upkeep and vendor relationships
  • Processing supplier invoices, preparing credit card reconciliations, and managing reimbursements
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including accommodation and meeting scheduling
  • Providing IT and desk setup support for new starters, liaising with external tech support where needed
  • Supporting onboarding and employment paperwork across the group
  • Booking meetings, managing catering and assisting with internal events and team celebrations
  • Being the point of contact for building issues, tradespeople, security and maintenance
  • Maintaining and responding to company inboxes related to production, casting and customer enquiries
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar office, operations or business support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Tech savvy—able to troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate with suppliers as needed
  • Experience working in media, production or a creative company is a bonus
  • Self-motivated, reliable and solutions-focused—someone who loves being the glue that holds a team together
