The Role
As the Grid Connection Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the grid connection process for renewable energy developments, including wind farms, solar projects, and hybrid systems.
This position requires a high level of expertise in Generator Performance Standards (GPS) and knowledge in simulation tools such as PSSE , PSCAD , and PowerFactory , and actual experience in R0 R1 and R2 processes , as well as stablished knowledge and relationship with NSPs and AEMO.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in grid connection roles, generator design, and GPS preparation.
- Specific experience on the developer side, preferably with an investor profile.
- Knowledge of Australian energy market regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical expertise in PSSE, PSCAD, and PowerFactory.
This position is paying $200 - $220k + super + bonus, based in Sydney CBD.
