The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance the role includes:
-leading and managing the real estate finance team
-fund financial performance and reporting
-fund and trust accounting
-audit, tax and compliance
-controls and process improvement
-capital management and structuring
-investor reporting and stakeholder management
-ASX announcements, board packs and investment committee material
-assist with performance analysis, financial modelling and fund structuring
-finance business partner to asset management and capital transactions
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years of experience from the property sector, an ASX REIT or Managed Investment Scheme. Training in professional services or Big 4 is highly desirable. High attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment will ensure your success in this role.
