Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across a portfolio of industrial assets
- Manage contractor performance, service agreements, and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Support capital works and minor project delivery
- Conduct regular inspections, manage budgets, and report on operational performance
- Work closely with property and asset management teams to ensure optimal site functionality and tenant satisfaction
- Proven experience managing industrial or commercial facilities
- Strong understanding of building services, contractor management, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
- Immediately available or available at short notice
