This is a pivotal position supporting the executive leadership team while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for all things coordination, communication, and execution — partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers, and playing a key role in cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to senior executives — managing diaries, travel, and meeting logistics.
- Inbox and communication management, acting as a key liaison and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Oversee operational functions including procurement, facilities, vendor management, and process improvement.
- Work closely with investment, asset management and finance teams to support seamless business operations.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense processing.
- Coordinate internal projects, team initiatives, and company events.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive support, operations, or administration.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin
- Strong organisational and time-management skills — you’re across the details and two steps ahead.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and ideally, project management tools.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly self-motivated.
