The Role
With the support of a broader team, you will take carriage of the delivery of this phenomenal project through all phases of the Development lifecycle.
Reporting to the QLD Project Director you will be responsible for the implementation of successful project outcomes across Oreana’s North Shore estate in Townsville. The role will also involve spearheading the growth of the business by establishing relationships with key contractors, consultants and stakeholders in the region.
You
The successful candidate in this role will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully delivering residential masterplanned communities in Queensland (Townsville experience is preferable).
- Completion of at least one degree in a discipline relevant to the role (i.e. Property, Town Planning, Civil Engineering etc).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong degree of problem-solving skills in addition to the provision of sound judgement when decision making is required.
