The Role
This Development Manager position will be focused on a significant 1200+ lot project which includes a golf course, Residential Land, LLC, Village Centre, Hotel and Tourism hub.
The Development Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of this major project, ensuring it's executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With stage 1 already complete, you will be responsible for the implementation of successful project outcomes across stage 2 and beyond.
This is a fully remote work from home position with weekly travel required (1-2 days only).
You
The successful candidate in this role will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ Property Development experience successfully delivering residential sub-divisions or masterplanned communities.
- Completion of at least one degree in a discipline relevant to the role (i.e. Property, Town Planning, Civil Engineering etc).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong degree of problem-solving skills in addition to the provision of sound judgement when decision making is required.
