The Role
The Development Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of luxury community developments. Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, the Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from feasibility and planning through to construction completion and handover.
You
What we're looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Property Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in property development, project management, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in project feasibility assessments, including proficiency in Argus/EstateMaster.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or community developments.
