The opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of their pipeline. This is a broad role that combines both development and project management responsibilities, offering exposure across the full life cycle – from feasibility and design through to delivery and handover. You’ll also have the chance to contribute strategically to the growth of the business through joint ventures, new opportunities, and industry engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end project management and development functions to deliver high-quality, commercially viable outcomes.
- Managing multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring effective communication with senior leadership.
- Building and maintaining relationships with JV partners, investors, tenants and consultants.
- Applying strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage risks and drive project success.
- Presenting confidently to stakeholders and tailoring communication to achieve impact.
