A well positioned private with a healthy balance sheet and a track record delivering large scale built form precincts (true high rise/mixed use of scale) and masterplanned communities. They are able to be agile in the current market climate, allowing them the opportunity to thrive, keeping up with market demands and being well positioned for continued success.
With recent town planning approval for a monumental greenfield residential mixed use precinct, they need to bolster the team to support the continued growth in the pipeline across the land division.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the GM of land this is a phenomenal opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded leader, with a solid track record leading teams across listed and private organisations. Their leadership and mentoring are second to none.
You will work alongside the GM, but will take ownership of certain aspects of this project, joining at a time where you can help shape and define sought after project comprising of both land lots, parks and built form community precincts.
in addition you will get exposure to new acquisitions, working as a team to run DD on prospective sites, using Estate Master.
THE CANDIDATE
- Property related degree/qualifications
- An intelligent thinker, who is able to work in a fast nimble business, who thrives with the rigour and diligence but can think through challenges quickly and is proactive in their solutions.
- Someone with greenfield land/masterplanned community exp, retirement and town house exp would be acceptable if it was scalable and had solid civil experience.
- Use/understanding of Estate Master would be advantageous
- A civil/PM background across this asset class would be ideal with rounded DM skills in addition.
- Someone with excellent presentation skills who is a solid team player and has a passion for property
