Our client is a luxury residential builder developer who specialise in the high-end apartment sector. They have been in operation for over 15 years and have an enviable reputation for excellence.
Due to continued success in the development sector they now have an immediate role for an experienced design manager to join their North Sydney business.
This role will require you to work across multiple residential projects from DA through to completion. You will work across the development and construction arm of the business reporting in to the Construction Manager and Senior Design Manager.
This role requires extensive high-rise / mid-rise residential experience, main contractor experience and ideally a construction management degree.
