Key Responsibilities:
- Integration of the Salesforce platform with existing systems, utilising programming languages (Apex & Visualforce) and frameworks (Lightning Component, Lightning Design System). and declarative platform development tools (Flow Builder, Visual Workforce).
- Work with cross-functional teams to reach solution recommendations that accomodate configuration, coding, third-party apps, and integration.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Provide end-to-end subject matter expertise in the development of new features and integrations.
Key Requirements:
- Significant demonstrated experience in CRM Development, specifically within Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of the business analysis process, developing use cases and acceptance criteria from requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to influence outcomes and explain technical concepts within the CRM transformation.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps and Jira will be regarded.
