Working closely within the business development team, this position plays a key role in supporting corporate growth through:
- Identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Conducting detailed commercial and financial due diligence.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support investment, development, and operational decision-making.
- Contributing to new product strategies and supporting market entry planning.
- Preparing executive-level presentations and materials to support decision-making at the board and leadership levels.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications such as CFA or Masters in Applied Finance are highly regarded.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to operate effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
