About the Role
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be based in the head office and play a key role in managing contracts across a diverse range of projects from $500K fit-outs to $40M new builds, with most work falling between $5M–$10M.
The role offers a mix of autonomy and collaboration, and flexibility is absolutely on offer for the right person.
You’ll work alongside a stable, long-tenured team and report directly to leadership who are hands-on, approachable, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes without sacrificing work-life balance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of D&C contracts and cost management
  • Ability to manage timelines, negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a close-knit, high-performing team
  • Based in or able to commute to Melbourne’s South East
