Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a wide variety of commercial projects, your initial project being a $10M education project.
- Prepare, manage, and administer head contracts and subcontracts
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
- Monitor project budgets, cashflows, and forecasts
- Manage variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure all contractual obligations, compliance, and project documentation are maintained
- 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction (essential)
- Strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts (e.g. AS 4000)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with solid time management
- Experience with Jobpac or similar project management systems is highly regarded
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, professional environment
