About the Role As Portfolio Manager, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on oversight of a commercial office portfolio, including asset performance, tenant engagement, capex oversight and the implementation of value-add initiatives. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, solutions-focused relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
- Monitor and enhance asset performance against commercial objectives
- Lead property inspections, ensure compliance, and manage service contracts
- Identify and deliver capital works, ESG and building upgrade initiatives
- Provide input into leasing strategies, asset planning and annual budgeting
- Report regularly on occupancy, arrears, risk, and asset performance
To be successful, you'll bring a track record in managing institutional-grade commercial office assets with a strategic mindset and proactive attitude. This is a senior role (not just property management).
You will have:
- Proven experience in asset management across the commercial office sector
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with corporate tenants, contractors and internal teams
- A sharp commercial lens and ability to identify value-add and risk mitigation opportunities
- Strong reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Sound understanding of leasing fundamentals, capex, ESG, and operational best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – professional, composed and solution-focused
- Relevant property qualifications and a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
