Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join their Sydney based team. This key role will support the acquisition, feasibility, and development of residential projects, providing strategic insights and financial analysis to drive key decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and the wider development team, gaining exposure to high-value, large-scale residential projects.
Requirements:
· - Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Finance or related fields; experience in development, project management, or property analysis.
· - 2–5 years' experience supporting property projects across planning, feasibility, or delivery stages, with knowledge of the full development lifecycle.
· - Excellent communication skills, with experience coordinating consultants, managing documentation, and supporting senior managers.
