Our client is one of Australia's leading development groups with a significant pipeline of Residential land and built-form projects in QLD. The business has an outstanding reputation and is going through an exciting phase of growth with new projects recently acquired and a number of others in delivery.
The Role
This role requires a competent individual who can assist the DM/SDMs to drive these projects from inception through to completion. The Assistant Development Manager plays a pivotal, hands-on role within the development team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of large scale development projects. This position is essential to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will have exposure to the full-lifecycle of property development within both residential land & built-form product.
You
The successful candidate for this role will have the following experience:
- Minimum 2yrs work experience within Residential development (land or built-form), Engineering, Project Management, Construction or related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Design, Engineering or Construction or related field
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach
- You may be looking to step across into an ADM role or be in a similar role looking to step up in a progressive company
