About the Role
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to ensure the proactive and effective management of the portfolio. You’ll be involved in leasing, financial analysis, tenant engagement, capital works, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis, including arrears collection, lease analysis, and operational/financial reporting.
- Support leasing campaigns – set rent targets, analyse deals, prepare/review transaction documents, negotiate directly with tenants, and manage agent performance.
- Work closely with property management teams to implement tenant engagement strategies.
- Coordinate annual outgoings budgets, reconciliations, and communication to tenants.
- Assist with preparing annual asset plans, investor updates, reforecasts, and annual reports.
- Support the delivery of capital expenditure projects on time and within budget.
- Review valuations and assist in the annual budgeting process.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to identify opportunities and risks.
This is a role that would suit someone looking to take the next step from a Senior Property Manager role; OR perhaps you are an experienced Property Analyst, and if you have a Valuations background, then that is very much favourably looked upon.
- Tertiary qualification in property, land economics, accounting, finance, or similar.
- Strong understanding of property fundamentals and valuation drivers.
- Previous experience in asset management, property analysis, or valuations (industrial sector preferred).
- Skilled in lease negotiations and delivering successful leasing campaigns.
- Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Location & Travel
- Based in Melbourne CBD HQ.
- Occasional interstate travel required.
