You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to asset-level strategy, and assist in key processes from leasing and capital works to sustainability reporting and financial modelling. Designed as a 1–2 year development opportunity, this role provides a pathway to becoming an Asset Manager with full portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of commercial real estate assets.
- Assist in coordinating external consultants including property managers, leasing agents, and project teams.
- Participate in leasing activities, marketing strategy, inspections, and lease documentation review.
- Help implement capital upgrades and value-add initiatives, including overseeing project activities.
- Maintain tenancy schedules, insurance data, and digital records to ensure assets are transaction-ready.
- Contribute to investor reporting, financial modelling, and property performance analysis.
- Monitor sustainability initiatives (NABERS, GRESB) and support annual reporting requirements.
- Engage with internal teams across transactions, finance, and funds management.
- Support acquisition and disposal processes, including due diligence and documentation.
- Comply with company ESG, sustainability, and IT policies.
- Participate in corporate social responsibility and team-building initiatives.
- 1–3 years’ experience in commercial property, ideally in property management, valuation, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and a desire to broaden your exposure on the landlord/client side.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with modelling tools such as Forbury is a plus.
