About the Opportunity
An opening for a property consultant or senior property consultant to work directly with the joint and principal of the firm.
At the present time, the company are managing a diverse portfolio of projects, assisting corporate tenants and owner/occupiers to manage a variety of property matters. The role of property consultant will involve 70% delivery of such projects, 20% business development with existing and new clients and 10% business administration.
About you
You’re a self-starter and have experience in commercial property. Background could include Property Management, Leasing, Sales, Tenant Representation, Property Recruitment of Valuations. You will be a natural in terms of your relationship management skills, and an ability to hold your own in negotiations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience.
- Must have real estate certificate/licence.
- Relevant Degree in Property.
