About the Opportunity
As a Property Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for 4 assets, ensuring their operational, financial, and customer service objectives are met. You’ll work alongside expert teams across facilities, leasing, finance, and strategy to ensure each site delivers a consistent, seamless experience for tenants and customers alike.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding service to tenants by proactively managing relationships, anticipating needs, and ensuring responsive communication.
- Lead day-to-day property operations, working closely with onsite and remote facilities management teams.
- Drive asset performance through rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives including leasing, capital works, and placemaking projects.
- Maintain robust lease administration and ensure compliance with lease obligations, contracts, and legislative requirements.
- Support sustainability, safety, and innovation initiatives aligned with portfolio and business-wide goals.
- Experience managing multi-tenanted retail or commercial property assets.
- Financial acumen with a strong grasp of budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control.
- Ability to interpret lease agreements and manage compliance with legal and operational standards.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in property, land economics, finance, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
