We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on two key initiatives within a large enterprise environment. If you have a strong background in Applications delivery and Systems Integration and ideally have experience within the energy or utilities sector, this could be a great fit.
You will be managing two concurrent projects, both critical to uplifting the organisation’s operational resilience and risk posture.
Projects/Initiatives
Implementation of Crisis Management Platform
You’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of a third-party crisis management solution, working with both internal teams and the external vendor to ensure a seamless implementation aligned with business continuity and emergency response objectives.
Risk & Compliance Management System Uplift
You’ll lead the uplift of the existing OMNIA platform, partnering with risk and compliance stakeholders to deliver functional enhancements and integration improvements that support regulatory and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, delivery, and reporting for both projects
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Track project milestones, risks, and budgets
- Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and steering committee updates
- Ensure smooth system integrations and handover to BAU teams
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement and change management
- Proven experience delivering application and integration projects
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Strong understanding of project governance and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with platforms like OMNIA or risk/compliance tools (desirable)
- Experience implementing emergency or crisis management platforms (a plus)
- Energy/utilities industry experience highly desirable
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
