The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a rapidly growing project delivery business delivering major industrial and infrastructure developments across Australia.
This role will be focused specifically on projects within South Australia, overseeing the design and construction delivery of large-scale new-build industrial facilities within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from early design and procurement phases through to construction delivery and completion, working closely with senior leadership and experienced national delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of major industrial and infrastructure projects across South Australia
- Coordinate projects through design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Manage programme, budget, procurement, safety, quality, and project risk outcomes
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
- Drive construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on programme
- Support site-based teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and Site Managers
- Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy, planning, and delivery improvements
- Assist in implementing innovative construction methodologies and accelerated delivery programmes
- Foster a collaborative and solutions-focused project culture
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects
- Strong experience across new-build construction projects with significant civil, structural steel, precast, and services components
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within fast-paced project environments
- Strong commercial, contractual, and programme management capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working for developers, client-side PM firms, or major contractors will be highly regarded
- Data centre experience is not essential
