Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage capital projects within a live hospital environment.
- Oversee works across areas such as medical imaging, pathology, and Day Surgery Units (DAS) / Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs).
- Liaise with clinical stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience delivering complex capital works within a healthcare setting – this could be within hospitals, medical imaging, pathology.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare infrastructure requirements.
- Confident managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
