What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar)
- RPEQ (or nearing registration)
- 7+ years of engineering experience in Mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial plants
- Strong consulting background with Design experience
- Reporting, scopes of work, and ideally some job management
- Strong technical and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in mentoring and team leadership
- A confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working on brownfields and maintenance-focused projects
