The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance and managing a team of Project Accountants, this role supports the Victoria residential development business.
This includes:
-business partnering
-managing and developing a high performing team
-lead scenario planning and analysis
-budgeting and forecasting for the Victoria portfolio
-reporting and analysis
-cashflow management and forecasting ensuring strong understanding of cash and capital impacts
-manage business unit overheads
-risk management
-ensure best practice is shared and leveraged across the team
The Person
-CA/CPA qualified with 10 + years of finance experience
-in depth experience in the property sector with a specialization in development finance/project accounting
-excellent written and verbal communication skills
-ability to lead, motivate and manage a high performing finance team
-passionate with a can-do attitude
