The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the role includes:
- Financial and capital reporting
- Capital management/treasury
- Fund and financial modelling
- Cashflow planning and forecasting
- Budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Cashflow tracking
- Assist with business planning
- Support the audit and valuation process
- Ensure compliance with ASIC, ATO and AFSL
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified or near completion of these qualifications with 3-5 years of experience in the property sector. Excellent analytical and communication skills will ensure your success in this role. Familiarity with fund performance metrics such as IRR, NTA and distribution yield are essential to be considered for this role.
