The Role:
Reporting to the Development Director, the SDM will be responsible for:
- End to end development for major urban transformation projects
- Work at various project stages including strategy formulation, feasibility, planning, design, engaging consultants, infrastructure planning
- Creation and divestment of super-lots
- Management of contractors and consultants
- Responsible for budgeting, financial reporting for projects
- Assist the Development Director in management of diverse team
- Stakeholder management including working with multiple partnerships both private and public, as well as councils
- Lead project teams to meet multiple milestone deadlines
- Working with partners for commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated development experience 7-10 years
- Tertiary qualifications in property or related discipline
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Proven ability to manage a team
