Capstone is assisting in sourcing a highly capable Senior Development Manager to join the team at Bringelly and take a lead role in driving this next chapter.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of developments across residential, retail and commercial sectors. This is a rare chance to work end-to-end on long-term projects that will define the future of the Western Parkland City.
Immediate responsibilities will include:
- Managing the planning and delivery of a 350-lot residential project, including integrated housing and open space.
- Overseeing the delivery of a commercial development in the local area.
- Taking an active role in joint venture projects, including the a major estate development with its future town centre.
- Coordinating the design and consultant team across subdivisions, dwellings, and infrastructure.
- Acting as superintendent/project manager during construction phases.
- Liaising with builders, contractors, authorities, and JV partners.
- Preparing feasibilities, cashflows, and project reports.
- Contributing to pricing, marketing, and business development strategies.
About You
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially astute professional who is excited by the challenge of working across diverse, large-scale projects.
- Experience: 10–15 years in property development, with proven success across residential, retail, and/or mixed-use sectors.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of subdivision design and delivery, construction management, and project feasibilities.
- Mindset: Hands-on, accountable, and collaborative – with the drive to take ownership of project outcomes.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex approvals and delivery processes.
- Edge: Retail and medium-density residential experience will be highly regarded.
