Our client is an established luxury home and apartment builder based on the Northern Beaches. They specialise in high-end projects up to $50million.
Due to an extensive pipeline of projects, they now have an immediate need for an experienced senior contract administrator to oversee five luxury apartments with a retail component, $20million project.
This role will work side by side with the owner of the business, as well as the larger construction team.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 7 years experience as a contract administrator and have residential experience. You will have had exposure to jobpac, be able to work autonomously and have exceptional communication skills.
