We currently seek an experienced SAP Program Manager to deliver an SAP Transformation Program for a major Utilities organisation.
Experience & Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of and experience delivering in the utilities, and preferably energy industry.
- Experience in delivering complex, enterprise SAP projects, including S/4HANA migration programs leveraging SAP RISE.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes; stakeholder engagement and relationship management is key.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the technical teams
- Leading/managing project partners and vendors.
- Ability to create roadmaps based on current and future needs of the business.
- Exceptional influencing, active listening, communication, workload prioritisation skills and commercial acumen.
- Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational programs AND be hands on where needed to ensure delivery requirements are met.
