About the Role

As the Receptionist/Front of house coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and seamless. You’ll oversee the smooth running of reception operations, support corporate events, and provide exceptional service that reflects the company’s high standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, catering, and set-up for events.
  • Coordinate office services, including mail, couriers, and supplies.
  • Partner with facilities and security teams to ensure the front of house runs efficiently.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and team support.
About You
  • Previous experience in a corporate front of house, concierge, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Impeccable presentation and a professional approach.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other office systems.
