As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm and professional experience for all guests and staff. Alongside traditional reception duties, you’ll also assist with event coordination, manage catering calendars, and oversee meeting room logistics – making this a vibrant, varied role with plenty of people interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all guests, clients and staff
- Manage meeting rooms, calendar bookings, AV setup and catering requirements
- Assist in coordinating on-site events and company functions
- Ensure the reception area is immaculate and running smoothly at all times
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to internal teams
- Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role (corporate or hospitality)
- Impeccable presentation, communication, and people skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a smile
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
