About the Role
This is a key front-of-house role that goes well beyond traditional reception. As the first point of contact for all staff, guests, and vendors, you’ll play an integral part in shaping the experience of everyone who walks through the door. From managing the front desk and coordinating building services, to supporting employee onboarding and internal events, your day will be filled with variety and purpose.
You’ll also provide vital team assistant support, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s organising meeting rooms, assisting with travel and events, or jumping in on short-term admin projects, you’ll be known as the go-to person, someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for creating a great workplace environment.
This role would suit someone polished, proactive, and confident juggling multiple priorities. You’ll be part of a collaborative, people-first team where no task is too big or too small.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests, managing meeting room setups, handling incoming calls and general reception duties
- Coordinating couriers, mail, and visitor access
- Supporting new hire onboarding, including access passes and desk set-up
- Assisting with team events, travel bookings and on-site services
- Liaising with vendors and facilities for office maintenance and services
- Helping manage office supplies, coffee machines and meeting room readiness
- Jumping in on wider team tasks and short-term projects as needed
- At least 2 years' experience in a receptionist, front desk or administrative role
- Warm, confident communicator with a professional, service-focused approach
- Strong multitasking ability, calm under pressure, and highly organised
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general systems
- A genuine team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
