Capstone are on the lookout for a hands-on Project Manager to lead and deliver a series of Workplace Technology and End-User Computing (EUC) initiatives across a large, distributed workforce. This role focuses on driving laptop refresh programs, Microsoft Teams rollout, and the full equipment lifecycle, from procurement to deployment and decommissioning. You’ll be responsible for everything from business case ownership and budget management to stakeholder engagement and on-site coordination.
Some travel across Victoria will be required to support project rollout and stakeholder delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace technology projects across EUC, collaboration tools, and hardware lifecycle
- Oversee procurement, deployment, and retirement of end-user devices including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Manage the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Teams across the business
- Own the development and presentation of business cases and cost/benefit justifications
- Control project budgets, forecasts, reporting, and financial governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, service desk, facilities, and external vendors
- Drive change management, training, and smooth handover to BAU support teams
- Apply best practice project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) in line with internal frameworks
- Travel to key business sites and stakeholder locations across Victoria
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, hands-on Project Management experience with a focus on workplace and EUC technology
- Proven track record delivering laptop refresh and device lifecycle projects
- Experience managing collaboration platform deployments(MS Teams preferred)
- Ability to own business cases, manage project financials/budgets, and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Skilled at vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project governance
- Willingness to travel for site-based project activity and relationship management across Victoria.
- Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or distributed workforce environments
- Knowledge of AV, desktop support, or IT infrastructure is a bonus
