About the Role:
- Lead client-side delivery on medium to large-scale projects ($50M–$500M).
- Opportunity to work across a range of projects including education, high-end residential, retail, hospitality, and aged care.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and contractors while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior PMs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Autonomy to make decisions and drive projects from inception to completion.
- Exposure to an extremely exciting client base
- 5+ years of PM experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale or precinct projects.
- Previous experience working for a client-side project management consultancy is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and mentor junior staff.
- Work with a high-performing, social, and inclusive team with strong retention.
- Flexible work: 1 day per week from home.
- Exposure to a variety of trophy and landmark projects.
