About the Role
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple asset types (office, industrial, and retail)
- Oversee design, approvals, procurement, and delivery phases
- Engage and manage consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
- Support the asset management and leasing teams to enhance tenant experience and asset performance
- Maintain robust governance and reporting across all projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, or Project Management
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
