The Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a major industrial project with national significance
- Work directly for the developer, influencing outcomes at the highest level
- Manage stakeholders, design, and construction teams to ensure quality, safety, and commercial success
- Drive strategy, governance, and technical leadership across the project lifecycle
- Highly technical background with extensive experience in Tier 1 delivery (construction)
- Both Project Directors and Senior Project Managers will be considered
- Proven capability in leading large-scale, technical commercial projects (not necessarily industrial)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
- Ambition to transition into a client-side leadership role and help shape a developer’s growth journey
