You’ll have the opportunity to lead multiple bespoke homes for discerning clients—from concept through to completion—within a collaborative, social, and design-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously
- Oversee all project phases, from early design through documentation and delivery
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and collaborators
- Translate creative vision into clear, buildable solutions
- Work closely with a small team of passionate architects and designers
- 7+ years of professional experience in residential architecture
- Proven experience managing high-end residential projects end-to-end
- Outstanding design sensibility with strong documentation, 3D, and 2D skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Experience with Vectorworks and SketchUp (or willingness to transition)
