This main contractor is in significant growth mode and is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on the ground in Queenstown CBD.
The RoleIt's an exciting time to join and you'll be right in the middle of the action, supporting Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Regional Manager across multiple live Queenstown projects. From document control and procurement support to meeting minutes and compliance tracking — you'll be the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
No two days will look the same, so you need to enjoy a fast paced and changing environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Keeping project documentation tight across Procore and SharePoint
- Supporting the commercial team with variations, payment claims and cost tracking
- Coordinating and minuting site and project meetings
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Helping prepare subcontractor packages and procurement documentation
You don't need a decade of experience — you need the right attitude. If you're currently studying Quantity Surveying, interested in a Project Management pathway, or just someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves getting things done properly, we want to hear from you.
You'll bring:- Sharp organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication — written and verbal
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Procore and SharePoint experience a bonus)
- A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving
