Organisational Change Manager - OCM

We currently seek an experienced Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to play a pivotal role in leading transformational change across a complex, large-scale program.

This role requires a strong leader who can design and execute effective change strategies, engage and influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption across diverse teams.

The OCM Manager will shape and deliver communication and training strategies, manage change impacts, and build a network of change champions to embed new ways of working.

With a focus on supporting leaders and employees through transition, you’ll coach and guide stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth adoption and sustainable outcomes.

We are looking for a highly experienced change professional with a proven track record in managing multiple change streams, ideally within the Utilities, Energy, or any other Federated sector and field workforce environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategy and plan, including change resource requirements. This includes assessing the impact of change, creating communication plan and defining training needs.
  • Engage stakeholders to help shape the change management strategy, obtain buy-in to the process and support for the change
  • Drive the creation and delivery of the associated training program. Depending on the need the OCM Manager may directly be involved in developing and delivering training material or lead the training team to deliver this function.
  • Monitor and evaluate change progress by tracking adoption rates, gathering change feedback and making adjustment to the change management plan as required.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to help navigate the transition and any challenges that may arise.
Experience
  • 10+ years of Manager experience leading large scale transformational change programs.
  • Management of multiple change streams including communications and training/learning development
  • Development and mentoring of a network of business change champions
  • Preferable delivery of change to Utilities/Energy, or any other Federated industry and in particular field work force experience
