Capstone Recruitment is partnering with Enliven Housing, a leading Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider, to offer the opportunity for a National Repairs & Maintenance Manager to join their dedicated team.

The Opportunity
Based in Enliven Housing’s Sydney CBD offices, this pivotal role will see you overseeing all aspects of repairs, maintenance, and property modifications across their expanding national portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, Enliven Housing Property Management, you'll work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure their properties are not only well-maintained and compliant but also high-performing and perfectly aligned with the needs of their residents and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
As the National Repairs & Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Repairs & Maintenance Leadership
  • Customer-First Approach
  • Strategic Procurement:
  • WHS, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Budget, Programme & Quality Management
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in repairs and maintenance, facilities management, and contractor/project management within housing or residential services.
  • Exceptional project management, organisational, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including interpreting technical construction drawings, reports, and specifications for SDA & BCA.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Monday.com), and maintenance systems (CMMS) is expected.
