All positions are temp contracts, to commence ASAP for 12 months from the start date, however there is a possible contract extension based on your performance, due to their large pipeline of works. Working 8hrs per day / 40hrs per week – Monday to Friday.
The projects can span from $10M Refurbs & Upgrades up to $200M Greenfield Major developments and located in either South-West or North-West Sydney (growth corridors), and some regional projects as well.
Project Director x3
- Paying: $900 per day + super
- Location: 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh/Redfern. Workplace flexibility is offered, likely up to 2 days working-from-home.
- The Project Directors are more office-based positions which include liaising with mainly internal stakeholders and process focussed, with circa 3-4 projects oversight, and ultimate responsibility of these projects.
- Seeking 10+ years’ experience in the successful planning and/or delivery of construction projects to a value of more than $20 million
Senior Project Manager x3
- Paying: $900 per day + super
- Location: The main office is located at 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh/Redfern. Travel to sites will be required and can include areas such as North-West Sydney, OR South-West Sydney, OR some regional locations.
- The PMs & SPMs will likely have 1-2 projects each and be more site based. They will not be managing Consulting PM’s, rather they will be directly managing the contractors, which is why they will only have 1-2 projects.
- Seeking: Around 10+ years’ experience, including projects of a complex construction nature
Project Manager’s x5
- Paying: $800 per day + super
- Location: 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh/Redfern. Travel to sites will be required and can include areas such as North-West Sydney, OR South-West Sydney, OR some regional locations.
- The PMs & SPMs will likely have 1-2 projects each and be more site based. They will not be managing Consulting PM’s, rather they will be directly managing the contractors, which is why they will only have 1-2 projects.
- Seeking: 5+ years’ experience, including projects of a complex construction nature
Criteria:
- All applicants MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in either construction project management OR infrastructure project planning/delivery.
- All positions will require 2 Reference checks, Police Check, WWCC.
